Originally from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, James moved to Manchester to work for Barclays Bank as a recuritment advisor after completing a Political Science degree at Huddersfield University. In 2002 relocated to the Lancashire area.
James joined Customer Street / Ufindus in February 2003 as a telesales executive, and after progressing to become a team leader it soon became obvious that his skills would be better used working alongside Sean Hayes in the Training Department in September 2003.
His role at Customer Street is centered around the training of all sales staff, in particular, new recruits to the company. This includes the all important inductions for new sales staff as well as regular one to one training with a view to maintaining and improving on the quality of the calls we deliver to prospective clients.
James is also responsible for creating information for most product and training literature
